All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Sevendecorllc. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

Upon receiving the exchanged product,Sevendecorllc will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions (new and unused, complete packaging and accessories).
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with prepaid freight and provide instructions on how to package and where to send the item.
